What kinds of remodeling projects does Velocity take on?
Interior renovation work: bathrooms, kitchens, basements, flooring, drywall, trim, painting, doors and fixtures — either as a single room or as a full interior renovation across several rooms at once.
Do you work on older Cincinnati homes?
Yes. A large share of Cincinnati housing stock predates 1940, which usually means plaster walls, non-standard framing and layouts that were never designed around modern appliances. We look at those conditions during the walkthrough so the scope reflects the house that is actually there.
Can I stay in the home during a renovation?
Often, yes — it depends on which rooms are involved and how much of the home is out of service at once. We talk through sequencing during the walkthrough so you know what will be unusable and roughly when.
How detailed is the estimate?
The estimate follows a written scope: what is being done, in which rooms, with which materials or allowances. If something in the scope changes once walls are open, we discuss it before proceeding rather than after.
