A portfolio is only useful if you can trust it. Ours is built on a simple rule: if Velocity did not do the work, it does not appear on this page.
The actual scope
Each project lists the work that was performed — not a vague category. If a kitchen was refaced rather than replaced, it says so.
Property type and context
Single-family, multi-family, rental turn, flip or commercial space, plus the general area of the property. Context is what makes a project useful to compare against yours.
Only our own work
Nothing in this gallery is stock photography, a supplier photo or another contractor's project. That is why it fills in over time instead of appearing all at once.
Velocity Maintenance is an early-stage company and this gallery is being built as projects are completed and documented. Rather than fill the space with stock imagery or other people's projects, it stays honest and grows from real work.
