Commercial property services

Cincinnati Commercial Property Services

Maintenance, repairs, refreshes and interior improvements for small commercial spaces, offices, multi-family common areas and tenant turnover — scheduled around how your building actually operates.

Built for
  • Business owners
  • Commercial landlords
  • Property managers
  • Multi-family owners

Work that respects the fact that the building is in use

Commercial work fails on logistics more often than on craft. A contractor who cannot work around your hours, keep a lobby usable, or leave a space presentable at the end of the day creates a bigger problem than the one being fixed.

Velocity scopes commercial work around operations first: when the space is available, what has to stay open, what has to be protected, and what condition the space needs to be in when the crew leaves each day.

The work itself is interior property work — repairs, finishes, refreshes and improvements — for offices, small retail and service spaces, and the common areas of multi-family buildings.

Multi-family common areas set the tone for the whole building

Prospective tenants form an opinion of a building in the corridor, before they see the unit. Scuffed walls, mismatched paint, damaged corridor flooring and burned-out fixtures cost more in leasing friction than they do to repair.

Common area work is also easy to batch: one visit can cover corridors, stairwells, laundry and entry, on a schedule that does not disrupt residents.

  • Corridor and stairwell repair and repaint
  • Consistent fixture and hardware standards building-wide
  • Entry and lobby refresh
  • Scheduled so residents keep access

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Still deciding what the project needs? Call 513-331-2148 and we'll talk through the property.

Can you work outside of business hours?

For occupied commercial space, after-hours and weekend work is often the only sensible option. Tell us your operating hours in the estimate request and the schedule gets built around them.

Do you handle tenant improvement work?

We handle interior build-out and improvement work within our scope — walls, flooring, paint, ceilings, doors, fixtures and finishes. Work that requires separate licensed trades or engineered plans is coordinated or referred, and we will tell you which is which before you commit.

Can you complete a landlord punch list at lease turnover?

Yes. Turnover punch lists, make-good work at lease end and pre-occupancy repairs for an incoming tenant are common commercial requests.

Do you work with property management companies?

Yes. Property managers are a core client type — for both commercial and residential portfolios — and recurring work is usually easier to schedule than one-off calls.

What size of commercial project do you take?

Small to mid-size interior work: repairs, refreshes, single-space build-outs and multi-unit common area work. Large ground-up construction is not what we do, and we will say so rather than take a project we should not.
